COREcruitment Ltd is seeking a Catering Sales Director for a leading golf brand at a private club in Omaha, NE.

You will lead catering sales and events, develop new business, manage budgets, and coordinate with the General Manager and F&B team to deliver outstanding events.

The role offers salary of $75,000–$85,000 plus benefits, relocation support, and uncapped commission, with a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in catering sales, events or a similar leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving catering or banquet revenue.
• Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for growing catering revenue, developing new business and building strong relationships with members and clients.

• Lead catering sales and event planning across the property
• Develop new business while maintaining existing client relationships
• Drive revenue and manage the catering sales budget
• Handle proposals, pricing, contracts and event negotiations
• Oversee a wide range of events including weddings, corporate functions, golf tournaments and private celebrations

Ideal Candidate
