Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group is seeking a Dining Coordinator to support day‑to‑day operations of Kellogg Global Hub Gordon's Marketplace and Catering programs. You will report to the Café Manager and serve as a liaison between clients, guests, culinary teams, dining leadership, and operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in food service, hospitality, catering, or related field.
• Experience coordinating meetings, events, or catering functions preferred.
• Knowledge of food service operations and customer service best practices.
• Working knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily Market operations, ensuring products are stocked and merchandised.
• Assist catering program events, including setup, service execution and client support.
• Monitor food presentation and market/catering cleanliness and appearance.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on food, beverages, equipment and service areas.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering and product rotation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation and health regulations.
