Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead and coordinate daily activities of the Program Assistant team in support of Kellogg programs and campus operations. You will serve as a key liaison between Flik management, Kellogg Facilities leadership, Program Managers, and both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams to ensure seamless program execution with outstanding service.

The role involves collaboration across departments, managing staffing, and ensuring safety and policy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required/preferred.
• 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience in hospitality, event operations, education services, or related field.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Exceptional customer service and strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the PA team’s day‑to‑day operational liaison within Kellogg facilities operations.
• Supervise, schedule, train, and develop the PA team.
• Provide operational support for executive education programs, conferences, meetings, and special events.
• Manage staffing assignments and weekly schedules to cover program and event needs.
• Maintain communication with Kellogg Facilities to navigate logistical challenges and transitions.
