Flik Independent School Dining is seeking a Catering Manager to lead all catering efforts across campus events, from planning through completion, ensuring flawless service, food quality, and client satisfaction.

You will manage event logistics, staff training, budgets, and communications with students, faculty, and administrators, while upholding Compass Group's brand standards in a fast-paced school environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality, food and beverage management, or catering.
• Experience in event planning and campus catering preferred.
• Strong leadership and staff training experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute campus catering events with top service and presentation.
• Lead event logistics, staffing, and client communications.
• Collaborate with campus partners to deliver engaging food-focused events.
• Support marketing initiatives including social media content and promotions.
• Train staff and uphold hospitality standards.
• Gather guest feedback and improve dining experiences.
• Maintain relationships with students, faculty, parents, and administrators.
• Provide on-site problem-solving during events.
• Monitor timelines and budgets for campus events.
