The Dining Coordinator plays an essential role in supporting the day‑to‑day operations of Kellogg Global Hub Gordon’s Marketplace “the Market” and Catering programs. This position reports to the Café Manager and serves as a liaison between clients, guests, culinary teams, dining leadership, and operational partners to ensure a consistently exceptional customer experience.
The Dining Coordinator is responsible for coordinating catering requests, assisting with event execution, supporting retail market operations, monitoring service standards, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all food and beverage presentations meet company expectations. Success in this role requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, proactive communication, and a passion for hospitality.
