Ruby Tuesday in Charles Town, WV is seeking a Catering Delivery teammate to assist guests by delivering and setting up food and beverages, guiding them through our catering menus, and handling orders with accuracy using MICROS. The role emphasizes friendly guest interactions and dependable service.

You will support TueGo and catering operations, ensure proper packaging, and maintain materials while coordinating with the Catering Team to meet delivery windows.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Flexibility for varying hours and shifts.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with a friendly welcome and farewell to ensure a positive, memorable experience.
• Answer the phone and assist with guests’ questions in a courteous manner.
• Guide guests through food, beverage, catering, and promotional menus.
• Collect delivery information for TueGo/Catering orders (name, location, phone, etc.).
• Input orders accurately at the MICROS system and repeat back orders.
• Package orders per Ruby Tuesday recipes and include all items requested.
• Ensure high quality preparation and presentation of food and beverages.
• Present accurate checks, process payments, and complete transactions.
• Maintain TueGo, Catering, and Delivery materials and station upkeep.
• Direct guests with large catering orders to the Catering Team.
• Deliver and set up catering orders by the specified timeframe.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
