Ruby Tuesday in Linthicum, MD is seeking a Catering Delivery team member responsible for suggesting, serving, and delivering food and beverages to guests using TueGo or Catering Delivery Service. You will also help with setup and ensure accurate orders and payments.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, flexible hours, and reliable transportation for delivering catering orders. We provide on-site work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Flexible and long hours required at times.
• Ability to stand frequently, exerting up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Have and maintain a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto liability insurance for the purpose of delivering catering orders.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with a friendly welcome and farewell to ensure a positive, memorable experience.
• Answer the phone and assist with questions in a courteous manner.
• Guide guests through food, beverage, catering, and promotional menus.
• Collect information to process TueGo/Catering orders (name, delivery location, phone, etc.).
• Input orders accurately at the MICROS system.
• Package orders per Ruby Tuesday recipes and ensure completeness.
• Present accurate guest checks, accept payment, and complete transactions quickly.
• Deliver and set up catering orders by the specified time.
