Job summary

Ruby Tuesday in Concord, NC is seeking a Catering Delivery associate to suggest, serve, and deliver and set up food and beverages for guests using TueGo or Catering Delivery Service.

The role requires inputting orders into MICROS, coordinating with the Catering Team, and maintaining equipment and supplies for efficient delivery and setup. This position supports guest satisfaction and timely service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Flexible and long hours required at times.
• Ability to stand frequently and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Ability to operate coffee maker, POS system, microwave, computer, copier, telephones, knives, ovens, bread slicer, and cell phone.
• Ability to reach overhead, carry catering bags, handle hot/cold beverages, bend, crouch, and communicate with co-workers.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with auto liability insurance for delivering catering orders.

Responsibilities

• Provide each guest with a friendly welcome and farewell to ensure a positive, memorable experience.
• Answer the phone and assist with questions in a courteous manner.
• Guide guests through food, beverage, catering, and promotional menus.
• Collect information needed to process TueGo/Catering orders.
• Input orders accurately at MICROS.
• Package orders according to Ruby Tuesday recipes.
• Ensure high quality preparation and presentation of items.
• Present accurate guest checks, process payments, and complete transactions.
• Maintain TueGo, Catering, and Delivery materials.
• Direct guests with large catering orders to the Catering Team.
• Deliver and set up catering orders by the specified timeframe.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
