Qualifications

• Flexible and long hours required at times.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with a friendly welcome and farewell to ensure a positive experience.
• Answer the phone and assist with questions in a courteous manner.
• Guide guests through food, beverage, catering, and promotional menus.
• Collect information to process TueGo/Catering orders (name, delivery location, phone, etc).
• Input orders accurately into MICROS.
• Package orders per Ruby Tuesday recipes, including all items requested.
• Ensure high quality preparation and presentation of food and beverages.
• Present accurate guest checks, accept payments, and complete transactions quickly.
• Complete side work and station maintenance; organize TueGo, Catering, and Delivery materials.
• Direct guests with large catering orders to the Ruby Tuesday Catering Team.
• Deliver and set up catering orders by specified timeframe.
• Other duties as assigned.
