Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Flexibility with hours, including weekends or evenings.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for deliveries.
• Experience with POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide courteous service.
• Answer questions and assist guests with menu items.
• Guide guests through food, beverages, catering, and promotional menus.
• Collect delivery details: name, location, phone, and timing.
• Enter orders into MICROS accurately and clearly.
• Package orders per Ruby Tuesday recipes and ensure completeness.
• Maintain quality in food prep and presentation for delivery items.
• Process payments and complete guest transactions efficiently.
• Keep TueGo, Catering, and delivery materials organized.
• Direct large catering orders to the Catering Team for fulfillment.
• Deliver and set up catering orders within the specified timeframe.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
