Job summary

Chick-fil-A West Carmel is seeking a part-time on-call Delivery Driver to support catering orders, representing the Chick-fil-A brand with care and hospitality.

You will work 5-10 hours per week on average, with a flexible schedule that fluctuates with catering demand. Competitive pay, a free meal for each shift, and opportunities for growth are offered within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a working smartphone with a data plan and GPS.
• Reliable transportation with mileage reimbursement when using personal vehicle.
• Valid state driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to carry delivery tote bags (approximately 20-40 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Represent Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador with our values and culture.
• Execute safe driving practices for meal deliveries with urgency.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address concerns during delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and efficiency in delivery vehicles and assembly area.
• Assist with catering order assembly and packaging sandwiches/boxed meals.
• Meet with supervisor on shift to receive duties.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code; perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

This is a part-time on call position to deliver catering orders as needed for Chick-fil-A West Carmel. You will be a member of the Chick-fil-A family and will help uphold our high standards of presentation, service, and care. The ideal candidate must be able to execute Chick-fil-A hospitality with our guests in a caring way.

Position Type:

• Part time, on call, 5-10 hours per week on average.
• Schedule fluctuates based on catering delivery demand

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

• Represent Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador by embracing and demonstrating our values and our culture at the highest level at all times
• Execute safe driving best practices when operating delivery vehicles for meal deliveries with a sense of urgency
• Ensure customer satisfaction by protecting and upholding our brand at all times as you attend to customer concerns as they arise on a delivery
• Maintain Operational Excellence in vehicles and delivery assembly area (cleanliness, speed and accuracy, taste of food, and attentive & courteous) at all times
• Assist with catering order assembly and preparation including packaging sandwiches and boxed meals
• Meet with supervisor on shift to receive specific position and duty(s) on current shift
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
