Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a part-time, on-call Catering Delivery Driver to safely transport catering orders to homes, businesses, and event venues using your own vehicle.

You will be contacted when deliveries are available, may accept or decline assignments, and there is no guaranteed number of hours. Pay is $14.00 per hour plus mileage reimbursement.

This role emphasizes professional, courteous service and adherence to Chick-fil-A catering procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle suitable for catering deliveries.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at a time.
• Must be able to walk, stand, and carry orders into buildings, including stairs.
• Must be dependable and arrive on time for accepted delivery assignments.
• Must be able to work independently while following Chick-fil-A catering procedures.

• Assist the catering team with packing and organizing catering orders when needed.
• Ensure catering orders are complete and organized before leaving the restaurant.
• Assist with loading and securing catering orders in the vehicle.

Position Summary

The Catering Delivery Driver is responsible for safely and professionally delivering Chick-fil-A catering orders to homes, businesses, and other locations. This is a flexible, part-time, on-call position. Drivers will be contacted when catering deliveries are available and may choose whether or not to accept each assignment.

Schedule & Availability

• Part-time, on-call position with a flexible schedule.
• Drivers will typically receive at least 24 hours' notice when a delivery opportunity is available.
• Drivers may accept or decline individual delivery assignments based on their availability.
• There is no guaranteed number of hours or delivery assignments per week.
• Delivery times and locations will vary depending on catering needs.
