Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking a Catering Coordinator to provide administrative and sales support to Catering Managers and the Director, assisting in organizing social and corporate events and coordinating with the resort’s Department and Division Heads in planning internal Four Seasons meetings.

The role requires 2+ years of hotel/resort experience, excellent organizational and multitasking skills, proficiency in MS Office, and strong customer service

Qualifications

• College education preferred.
• A minimum of 2+ years of previous hotel/resort experience.
• Excellent reading, writing & oral proficiency in English.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Typing 40 wpm; able to handle high volume calls.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Internet, Outlook; ability to learn Delphi (Golden Sales & Catering).
• Food and Beverage knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, qualify and assign incoming telephone leads according to Four Seasons Standards.
• Assist with overflow calls for Sales & Marketing, Food & Beverage, and Executive Office.
• Receive and assign catering leads via other lead generating sources.
