Job summary

McAlister's Deli franchised location is seeking a catering coordinator to manage daily catering operations, coordinating drivers and deliveries and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will complete catering accounting procedures daily and maintain accurate records.

You will also make at least two sales calls per day, enter them into the sales report, and fill out front-of-house and back-of-house prep lists for each catering order, with other duties as requested by management.
