Job summary

McAlister’s Deli, a franchised location in Cincinnati, is seeking a Catering Coordinator. You will coordinate drivers and deliveries for the day, ensuring on-time service and proper guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include confirming delivery success with drivers and guests, completing daily catering accounting procedures, and updating prep lists for front of house and back of house. The role also requires making at least two sales calls per day and recording results in the sales report,

• Excellent communication with drivers and guests.
• Ability to complete daily catering accounting procedures.
• Willingness to perform additional duties as needed.
