Job summary

Southern Rock Restaurants is seeking a Catering Coordinator for a franchised McAlister’s Deli location in Ohio. The role involves coordinating daily catering deliveries, checking guest satisfaction with drivers, and ensuring accurate catering accounting.

The position also requires making at least two sales calls daily and logging them in the sales report, and completing front and back of house prep lists for catering orders. Additional duties may be assigned by management.
