Job summary

Southern Rock Restaurants is seeking a catering coordinator for a franchised McAlister’s Deli location in Indianapolis. You will coordinate drivers and deliveries, ensure guest satisfaction, and manage catering accounting procedures.

The role also requires making at least two sales calls daily, completing front of house and back of house prep lists, and performing additional duties as requested by management.

Qualifications

• Must show strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in catering or restaurant operations is a plus.
