Job summary

McAlister’s Deli, a franchised location, is seeking a Catering Coordinator to oversee daily catering operations. The role includes coordinating drivers and deliveries, confirming guest satisfaction, completing daily catering accounting, and making sales calls to drive orders.

In this on-site position, you will prepare front-of-house and back-of-house prep lists for catering orders and collaborate with management to ensure smooth service and accurate reporting.
