Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in high-volume catering or kitchen environments.
• Requires Food Handler and Allergen certifications.
• Strong knife skills and basic culinary knowledge required.
• Ability to read and follow recipes and maintain quality standards.
• English reading/writing/speaking is essential.
• Able to manage time effectively and work well in a team.
• Flexible schedule, weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Produce a variety of savory items for the catering department with accuracy and consistency.
• Note production needs and communicate with PE Sous Chefs and/or PE Chef de Cuisines.
• Record changes or discrepancies between production lists and event paperwork.
• Uphold sanitation and food safety standards; maintain clean work areas.
• Ensure proper cooling, storage, handling of Ready to Eat foods, and safe thawing and heating.
