Responsibilities

• Lead and support Catering & Convention Services team in event planning and execution.
• Collaborate with clients to understand visions and timelines.
• Review BEOs, timelines, and diagrams to ensure alignment.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure seamless execution.
• Conduct pre-convention and operational meetings.
• Monitor execution and address issues proactively.
• Build relationships with planners, clients, vendors.
• Drive upsell opportunities and revenue while prioritizing guest experience.
• Review profitability and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coach and develop team members.
• Help establish service standards.
• Participate in leadership meetings and cross-functional initiatives.
