Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years catering banquet service and supervision.
• Strong working knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Ability to motivate staff and make quick decisions.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and handle physical tasks.
• Possession of or ability to obtain ServSafe and TIPS training.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper execution of catering proposals for weddings and high-end events.
• Provide on-site supervision of facility and catering staff during events.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operation.
• Manage setup/breakdown of seating, décor, and food/beverage service.
• Maintain health code compliance and sanitation standards throughout events.
• Train and direct catering staff, including bartenders and servers.
• Communicate with management and day-of contact about event details.
