• Strong business English writing for schedules, memos, and evaluations (Required)
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation in food service (Required)
• Knowledge of alcoholic beverages (Preferred)
• Familiarity with catering styles (Preferred)
• Familiarity with university payroll and policies (Preferred)
