Meriwether Godsey is seeking Catering Bartenders responsible for providing guests with excellent drink service and attentive, gracious service at catering events in Richmond, VA.

Details

• Temporary/On-Call
• $25.00 Per hour

Responsibilities

1. Prepare and serve mixed alcoholic beverages, hot/cold drinks
2. Greet guests and provide friendly service
3. Pour wine, serve draft and bottled beer, and other beverages
4. Verify customer ages for alcohol service
5. Operate cash registers, handle payments, and give change
6. Manage bar inventory for smooth service
7. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area

Requirements

• Must pass a background check
• 1-2 years bartending experience
• Catering event experience preferred
• Knowledge of alcohol sale laws
• TIPS Certification preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Effective communication and organization skills
• Flexibility to work at various locations and tasks
• Ability to lift 30lbs+ and stand for 5-6 hours
• Reliable transportation
