The Catering Bartender role focuses on delivering warm, memorable service, managing bar inventory, and executing smooth setup and breakdown of the bar for each banquet or event. We value strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work in fast-paced environments, and flexibility to cover night, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to articulate to clients and HQ personnel.
• Problem solving and decision making in a fast-paced event environment.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Delivers warm, welcoming guest experiences and oversees bar quality and inventory.
• Ensures proper setup, execution, and breakdown of the bar at each event.
• Responds quickly to guest needs and resolves complaints effectively.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area and adheres to policies.
