Job summary

SSA Group, LLC is seeking a Catering Bartender to deliver warm, welcoming experiences for guests and clients at events. You will monitor bar quality, maintain product levels, and ensure timely service while upholding safety and professional standards.

Responsibilities include setup, execution, breakdown, and cleanup of bars, plus effective guest communication and teamwork with Catering Supervisors and Operations Managers. The role requires physical stamina and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client, GM and HQ interactions.
• Ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, welcoming experiences for guests and clients.
• Oversee quality, product levels and inventory of product.
• Fulfill guest needs quickly and resolve complaints effectively.
• Set up, execute, breakdown, and cleanup of bars during events.
• Maintain safety by serving guests responsibly.
• Operate equipment and perform required physical tasks.
