Position Details

Title: CATERING BARTENDER (Seasonal) at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark

Pay Range: $10.00 per hour

Job Summary

Prepares and serves beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Adhere to liquor laws and regulations regarding serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated guests.
2. Set up bars, stock all necessary supplies, and maintain product quality.
3. Greet guests courteously and take drink orders.
4. Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to recipes, practicing portion control.
5. Check IDs and monitor guest intoxication.
6. Handle cash transactions accurately and secure cash and inventory.
7. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
8. Arrange bar displays attractively and sterilize glassware.
9. Perform additional duties as assigned.
