• Location: UConn Health - 263 Farmington Avenue, Farmington, CT 06032. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Part-time; days may vary, including rotating holidays. 10:30 am to 2:30 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Prior catering experience preferred but not required.
• Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under supervision, ensuring event success. May drive a catering delivery truck. Sets up and serves, cleans, and returns leftover food and equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assembles and delivers food and supplies for catered events.
• Logs food temperatures.
• Prepares tables and decorations.
• Sets up buffet tables with food and beverages.
• Serves food and drinks to guests.
• Cleans and resets event locations.
• Returns equipment and leftover food.
• Distributes customer comment cards.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety standards.
• Maintains knowledge of menu and products.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license may be required.
• Must obtain a food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit if required by law.
