Job Summary
Operates Point of Sale system, assists in food preparation, sets up cashier stations, maintains cleanliness, and assists with event breakdowns.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver food and supplies for catered events to scheduled locations
• Log and maintain food temperatures
• Arrange food and beverage stations according to standards
• Ensure proper setup and cleanliness of dining areas before and after service
• Clean locations after events
• Return equipment and supplies to storage
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the catering facility
• Follow safety and sanitation policies
• Coordinate with culinary staff during events
• Operate equipment like coffee, soda, popcorn, and ice cream machines
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
