Job Summary:

Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions, ensuring the accurate execution of all events. May drive a catering delivery truck. Sets up and cleans at events, and returns leftover food and equipment to the catering facility.

Essential Duties:

1. Assembles and delivers food and supplies for catered functions.
2. Logs and maintains food temperatures.
3. Prepares tables and decorations.
4. Serves food and beverages to guests.
5. Clears and cleans the event area after completion.
6. Returns food, equipment, and utensils to the catering facility.
7. Distributes and collects customer comment cards.
8. Maintains catering facilities and equipment.
9. Provides friendly, courteous service to guests.
10. Maintains knowledge of menu and products.
11. Ensures a clean and safe work environment.
12. Follows safety and sanitation policies.
13. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license may be required.
• Must obtain a food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit if required by law.
