Responsibilities

1. Monitor and support guests and systems within our Top Golf Swing Suites.
2. Collaborate with the event operations team to resolve issues.
3. Oversee operational and technical aspects of the Swing Suites.
4. Demonstrate operational knowledge of Top Golf simulator equipment and explain game options to clients.
5. Inspect equipment for damage before and after each event.
6. Coordinate with other operational teams to support guest groups throughout their experience.
7. Ensure facility readiness and guest satisfaction while adhering to policies.
8. Manage inventory related to Swing Suite equipment.
9. Interact with customers, clients’ partners, security, and other departments to resolve conflicts promptly.
10. Handle challenging personalities professionally.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. High School diploma or GED required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
2. One to two years’ experience in a golf-related position is preferred.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.
4. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
5. Self-motivated with the ability to prepare the Top Golf Experience prior to client arrivals.
