Job summary

Chartwells Higher Ed at the University of Nevada Reno is hiring an On-Call Catering Attendant to deliver and serve food at scheduled functions. You will set up and break down event spaces, ensure accurate execution, and may drive catering deliveries.

Shifts vary with events and interview discussions will cover availability. The role requires prior catering attendant or customer service experience and may require a valid food handler's permit.

Qualifications

• Prior catering attendant experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under supervision.
• Assembles and delivers all food and supplies for catered functions to scheduled locations.
• Logs and maintains food temperatures.
• Arranges tables and decorations.
• Serves food and beverages to guests.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
• Follows safety and sanitation procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
