Job summary

Baptist Health Lexington seeks a friendly Catering Attendant to support patient meals and hospital events in a fast-paced food service department. You will help with event setup, serving guests, maintaining sanitation, and assisting with billing when needed.

No experience required; a High School Diploma or equivalent is sufficient, and comprehensive training is provided. This is a full-time, first-shift position with Health, Vision, Dental, Disability and more.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support catering events, including scheduling, setup, food preparation, delivery, and guest service.
• Maintain proper food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and organization standards.
• Set up and break down event spaces, buffets, equipment, and supplies.
• Process catering billing and assist with cashier duties as needed.
• Provide professional, courteous service to guests, customers, and team members.
• Maintain catering supplies, equipment, and facilities.
• Follow established safety and sanitation procedures and perform additional duties as assigned.
