Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Catering Associate to support daily catering needs and events with a customer-first mindset. You will set up service spaces, manage equipment and supplies, and ensure timely delivery of orders while upholding food safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service or hospitality, basic computer literacy, and a valid driver’s license. The role offers on-site work with a comprehensive benefits package including insurance and 401(k).

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Industry sanitation certification (ANSI, FDA, or ServSafe) required.
• Must lift 50 pounds, walk up to one mile, and stand for up to 4 hours.
• Must possess and maintain valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Set up and arrange catering functions according to event orders and service standards.
• Deliver and pick up catering orders across designated locations.
• Replenish food and beverages during events and maintain cleanliness.
• Provide professional service to guests and clients and communicate with team.
