Qualifications

• Knowledge of volume production and batch cooking.
• Ability to follow verbal instructions and written recipes.
• Knowledge of the GFS ordering system.
• Proactive team player with strong organizational skills.
• Overtime required; flexibility for weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Set up sanitation and cleaning tasks and prep the steam table.
• Prepare soups and other items; store leftovers properly.
• Monitor food as it cooks and coordinate with grill and breakfast cooks.
• Assist guests and answer questions during service.
• Ensure line is set up on time and catering is ready.
• Place GFS order for next day.
