Job summary

Eataly North America is seeking a Catering Associate to coordinate daily catering orders and ensure flawless execution. Reporting to the Catering Manager, you will liaise across store departments and maintain relationships with customers through follow-ups and promotions.

The role requires 1+ year in catering and sales management and advanced computer skills, with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Compensation ranges from $17 to $18 per hour.

• Handles in-store consulting for special events and large catering orders.
• Communicates with call center, managers and clients on a regular basis to ensure excellent execution.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned.

Compensation: This position pays a base rate of $17 - $18 per hour.

• 1+ year of experience in catering and sales management
• Advanced computer skills

Job Requirements

• Availability to work a flexible scheduling often including nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squatting
