Eataly Downtown is seeking a part-time Housekeeping Associate to help maintain cleanliness across the store and to support dishwashing and stocking tasks. The role involves standing and moving throughout shifts, with lifting up to 50 pounds and exposure to wet floors and warm environments.

• Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours (standing, walking, bending, squatting).
• Previous stocking, dishwashing or housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general cleanliness throughout the store (mopping, sweeping, vacuuming).
• Wash and properly store dishes, trays, glassware, utensils and small equipment for the department.
• Check water temperature during dishwashing to ensure proper levels.
• Stock shelves, racks and service stations with restaurant supplies; polish glassware and silverware.
• Remove trash, recycling and compost from store and kitchens; replace liners and sanitize receptacles.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain general cleanliness throughout the store including mopping, sweeping and vacuuming
• Wash and properly store all dishes, trays, glassware, utensils, cups and small equipment for the department
• Check water temperature during dishwashing operation to ensure proper temperature
• Stock shelves, racks and service stations with restaurant supplies; polish glassware and silverware
• Remove trash, recycling and compost from receptacles throughout the store and kitchens and bring to appropriate receptacle; clean, sanitize and replace liners in receptacles
• Perform other duties as required or assigned
• Previous stocking, dishwashing or housekeeping experience preferred
• Sense of urgency
