Stirling Council is seeking a motivated catering assistant to assist with food preparation, basic cooking, and food service while maintaining high hygiene and safety standards. Training will be provided, and PVG clearance is required for roles involving children. The role offers flexible working arrangements and potential for progression within the council.

You will be based at one location initially but may move locations with notice to meet service needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Catering is not essential; training on the job will be provided.
• PVG scheme membership is required for working with children.
• Commitment to health and safety and food hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.
