Job summary

Levy Restaurants is seeking a Catering Administrator to support planning, administration, and execution of catering events at our venues. The role acts as a liaison between catering leadership, operations, and event staff to ensure accurate communication and efficient processes.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Proficiency in MS Office and the Reserve/Infor platform is required.

Qualifications

• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple events, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and distribute client invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain event records and ensure all administrative documentation is current and organized.
• Assist with menu maintenance, updates, and item management within the Reserve/Infor platform.
• Support staffing functions, including event scheduling and labor coordination, onboarding, and communications.
• Assist with preparation and distribution of event documentation, reports, and internal communications.
• Coordinate with operational teams to ensure accurate event execution.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Provide general administrative support to the Group Sales and Catering Operations teams.
