Responsibilities

• Process and distribute client invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain event records and ensure all administrative documentation is current and organized.
• Assist with menu maintenance, updates, and item management within the Reserve/Infor platform.
• Support staffing functions, including: Event scheduling and labor coordination; New hire onboarding administration; Communication of event details and operational updates to team members.
• Assist with the preparation and distribution of event documentation, reports, and internal communications.
• Coordinate with operational teams to ensure accurate event execution.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned administrative tasks.
• Provide general administrative support to the Group Sales and Catering Operations teams.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support department objectives.
