Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Two years’ experience in marketing, category management, or store leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong financial acumen to analyze data and P&L.
• Knowledge of category planning practices.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Nielsen CM tools; purchasing systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Category Manager to execute category business plans across assortment, pricing, promotion, and shelf placement.
• Manage promotional offer process and ensure vendor submissions align with P&L requirements.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships to ensure timely contract submissions.
• Oversee seasonal/promotional inventory to corporate stores to meet demand.
• Support item life cycle management through launches and exit strategies.
• Maintain Not on File process as directed by category managers.
• Assist in ad proofing by compiling notes for cross-functional teams.
• Investigate store pricing issues related to promotions.
