Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Category/Marketing professional to help execute comprehensive category plans, manage promotional offers, and coordinate with vendors to meet financial goals.

You will partner with Category Managers on assortment, pricing, and shelf placement while maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Purchasing, and DC Sales teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (Business/Marketing/Finance) required or equivalent.
• 2 years’ experience in marketing/category management/store leadership.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point; Nielsen tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Category CEO in executing category business plans across assortment, pricing, promotion and shelf placement.
• Manage promotional offer process to align with P&L requirements.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships for timely contract submissions.
• Oversee seasonal/promotional inventory for corporate stores.
• Support item life cycle through launches and exit strategies.
