Interstate Batteries seeks an Associate Category Manager to support category management with data analysis, POS data upkeep, Plan-O-Grams, and compelling insight presentations.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to drive assortment, space planning, and customer initiatives, delivering presentation materials for leadership reviews while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years in category management, sales, or analytics.
• Experience creating Plan-O-Grams or with assortment/space planning.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; Think-Cell a plus.
• Strong communication and analytical thinking.
• Experience with Nielsen/Circana/Retail Link a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage POS data accuracy and updates for categories and customers.
• Create and update Plan-O-Grams based on assortment and space needs.
• Develop insightful PowerPoint presentations for reviews and leadership discussions.
• Translate data into clear stories and SME segment decks.
• Support Category Managers with analysis, reporting, and projects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet deadlines and drive strategy.
• Handle multiple projects with prioritized tasks and communication.
