Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in category management, sales, marketing, analytics, merchandising, product management, or related field.
• Experience creating Plan-O-Grams or working with assortment/space planning.
• Think-Cell or similar data visualization tools a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking.
• Experience with Nielsen, Circana, Retail Link, etc. a plus.
• Ability to convert multiple data sources into actionable insights.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and teamwork.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with Plan-O-Gram proficiency.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills; Think-Cell a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel approximately 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Data Management: Update, validate POS data and related datasets; ensure accuracy.
• Plan-O-Gram Management: Create and update Plan-O-Grams; ensure alignment with strategy.
• Presentation & Insight Development: Build presentations and insight slides for reviews.
• Category Management Support: Assist with analysis, reporting, and materials for discussions.
• Project & Priority Management: Manage multiple projects and timelines; communicate status.
• Growth Opportunities: Engage with National Account Managers and customer meetings.
