Ladders is seeking a Manager, Category to join a leader in Transportation. This role will shape category strategy across the product portfolio using market insights, sales trends, and competitive analysis to guide decisions.

The Manager will partner with marketing, sourcing, sales, and supplier teams to strengthen product performance and ensure the assortment meets business needs. This is a highly cross-functional role focused on lifecycle management and supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in product management or category management.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on market intelligence.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience in supplier negotiation and relationship management.
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management.

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Category to join the team of a leader in the Transportation space.

This role will shape category strategy across the product portfolio, using market insights, sales trends, and competitive analysis to guide decisions. The Manager, Category will partner closely with marketing, sourcing, sales, and supplier teams to strengthen product performance and ensure the assortment meets business needs. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
