Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field.
• 2–3 years of analytical experience in consumer goods, retail, or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel; exposure to POS data and data visualization tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with syndicated data sources (NIQ, Circana, Numerator, 84.51) is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Pull and organize sales, market, and consumer data; prepare recurring reports and dashboards.
• Support Category Insights: Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges; summarize observations for manager review.
• Consumer Research Support: Assist with surveys and brand health trackers; summarize findings for category managers.
• Promotions & Pricing Support: Track promotions, pricing changes, and competitor moves; summarize shifts.
• Cross-Functional Support: Provide analytical support to Sales, Marketing, and Business Development.
• Presentation Preparation: Build customer-facing presentations with charts, tables, and visuals.
