Job summary

NextDecade is seeking a Category Manager for Corporate Services & Procurement Enablement to own category strategy and execution for Corporate Services, operational consumables, and the P-Card program. This hands-on leadership role will initially drive commercial expertise, category ownership, and cross-functional influence, with potential to grow a team as the business moves to commercial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, category management, procurement, and/or commercial contracting.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies for Corporate Services, HR services, and indirect procurement.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing events, negotiations, and supplier selection.
• Own P-Card implementation, governance, and integration with SAP/Accounts Payable.
• Build trusted relationships with department heads and senior stakeholders; drive adoption of new channels and savings.
