Body Art Alliance in Hanover, MD is seeking an experienced Category Manager for Body Jewelry & Piercing to lead growth, optimize assortments, and drive profitability across our premium brands. You will own the category roadmap, manage new product initiatives, collaborate with Product Development, Manufacturing, and Marketing, and translate market insights into actionable category strategies.
A strong background in the piercing industry and data-driven decision making is essential.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, Product Development, or related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience in Category/Product Management or related disciplines.
- Strong business acumen with data-driven decision making.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and execute category growth strategies and roadmaps.
- Lead NPDI process and product launches.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Ecommerce, Sales, and Supply Chain.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to shape assortment.
- Drive category performance with KPIs and reporting.
