The role sits within the Category Management Team, partnering closely with the manager to manage assortment planning, selection, maintenance, and promotion for designated product categories.

You will work with cross-functional partners to align with strategic goals, analyze market trends, and support lifecycle management from idea to end of life.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Category Management: set strategic vision, analyze trends, and adapt to market changes.
• Develop, manage, and promote assortments for designated product categories within the category management team.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Sourcing, and Stores Ops to support campaigns, promos, and rollouts.
• Oversee training and career development for Direct Reports / Team and contribute to leadership reviews.
