Club Tattoo is seeking a hands-on merchandising leader who specializes in fine jewelry to oversee body jewelry purchasing, inventory planning, and product presentation across our studios. Reporting to the CEO, this role supports sales growth, profitability, and consistent product availability.

The position requires strong experience in jewelry merchandising, inventory management, and cross-studio coordination, with a focus on delivering attractive assortments and reliable stock.

Qualifications

• Experience leading jewelry purchasing and inventory planning across multiple studios.
• Ability to forecast inventory needs and manage purchasing budgets.
• Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead jewelry, purchasing, and inventory planning.
• Oversee replenishment across studios and the central distribution hub.
• Develop core and studio-specific jewelry assortments.
• Forecast inventory needs and manage purchasing budgets.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and returns with vendors.
• Improve sales and inventory performance and reduce slow-moving stock.
• Establish inventory standards and controls with Operations and Finance.
• Support merchandising education and product presentation standards.
• Provide regular reports on sales, margins, and purchasing commitments.
