Job summary

Oatly AB, the original oatmilk company with roots in Sweden, now expanding in the U.S., seeks a Manager, Category Management + Insights to lead category leadership for key customers. The role focuses on building insights, educating customers, and driving growth through data-driven storytelling across the NA region.

You will collaborate with Sales, develop analyses from syndicated data, and advance Oatly’s category insights reporting and scorecards, leveraging your experience with Nielsen, Spins,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 6+ years of CPG experience with emphasis on Sales, Category Management, and Insights.
• Retailer-facing experience preferred.
• Deep understanding of Syndicated Data and platforms (Nielsen, Spins, IRI).
• Experience with Panel and Shopper Card Data (e.g., Numerator, Stratum, Shopper360).
• Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint/presentation-building skills.
• Exceptional storytelling ability and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales teams on key account objectives and educate customers about plant-based foods, categories, and brand.
• Build custom analyses using syndicated scan, consumer, and shopper data; translate insights into compelling presentations for customers.
• Leverage data as foundation for recommendations and develop insights reporting and scorecards for NA.
